Looking for groups to be in the Gateway Fun-O-Rama Parade on May 19The Gateway Area Business Association (GABA) is looking for community groups that are fun, festive, silly, colorful and noisy to participate in the Fun-O-Rama Parade in May. They want everyday folks doing fun things, including groups that do some kind of music -- e.g., rhythm cadence, Latin rhythm, bagpipes, kazoos, something also those lines. Ethnic groups in their native costume, representing the increasing diversity of the Gateway area, are also welcome to participate. The parade is relatively short -- and there is no entry fee. This should make it possible for a wide range of community groups to participate. Groups wanting to participate need to register by Friday, May 11, using the parade entry form. Visit the GABA website for more information about the parade and other Fun-O-Rama events.
