New Charter School Community Information Meeting

 on May 16^th @ Mt. Scott Community Center from 7 – 8 pm.  During this event you will be able to hear more specifics about the school proposal, learn how you might get involved, and meet members of the school design team.  There will be free ice cream as well! 

We are anticipating an August 2013 start date and have limited enrollment to 50 sixth graders.    If you know of any families in SE Portland who might have children starting 6^th grade in 2013 (current 4^th graders), this would be a valuable event for them to attend.   More information about the school can be found @ www.phcnw.com/charter.  The 1^st Call Student Interest Form is also available on line @  http://www.phcnw.com/charter/student-sign-up.  For interested students, filling out this form is the first step.

Also – we are looking for people to be a part of our community outreach team.  If you are interested in public education and would like to be a part of creating our community connection plan, please let me know.  We would love to have you apart of the group.
